Carrying out 10kV live working is a powerful measure to improve the reliability of power supply. With the continuous opening of the power market, live working will replace the traditional power outage maintenance, which will be the development direction of 10kV distribution maintenance in the future

The operation items include live broken joints, live replacement of pin and column porcelain bottles, live replacement of linear cross arms, and replacement of drop insurance with load. However, the live replacement of tension insulators on 10kV lines has not been carried out. The main reason is that the live line operation teams of all power bureaus have basically not carried out this operation, Do not know and be familiar with the operation methods and steps, and there is no corresponding on-site operation instruction. The live replacement of tension insulator of 10kV line should be an important operation item in the live operation of 10kV line. In view of this situation, the methods and steps of live line operation are described and explained in detail according to the experience and relevant regulations of live line operation in China. Each power bureau can modify it according to the actual situation of its own line and operation, prepare its own operation instructions and carry out work in this regard

2) according to the arrangement of electrical equipment on the pole, locate the insulated bucket boom truck at the most suitable position for operation, drive the grounding pile and connect the grounding wire

3) pay attention to avoid adjacent high and low voltage lines and various obstacles, and select the lifting direction and path of insulated bucket boom truck

4) safety guardrails and operation signs shall be set around the placement position of insulated bucket truck and tools

5) the electrician in the bucket shall check the insulation protection equipment and wear a full set of insulation protection equipment such as insulating boots, insulating gloves, insulating helmet and insulating clothing (shawl)

Pay attention to the 15cm overlap between the conductor shielding cover and the insulator shielding cover. If necessary, clamp it with insulating clamp to prevent falling off

10) according to the principle of providing users at all levels with the best economic experimental equipment from near to far, from large to small, and from low to high, the same shielding method is adopted to shield all live parts within the operation range. If the three-phase insulator is fully charged, the shielding body must be replaced

11) use the cross arm shielding appliance to shield the cross arm

12) after shielding, the tension insulator can be replaced in the following two ways

1.2 wire tightener method

1) the electrician in the bucket installs one end of the wire tightener and protective rope on the cross arm

2) the electrician in the bucket shall operate the insulating bucket to leave the cross arm, remove the insulation shield of the conductor and tension clamp, and fix the other end of the tensioner and protective rope on the conductor

3) after the electrician in the bucket operates the insulation tensioner to tighten the conductor, pull out the pin connecting the insulator and the clamp, so that the insulator Mongolian side attaches great importance to the development of good neighborly and friendly cooperation between Mongolia and China, separate the conductor, and re insulate and shield the phase conductor and tension clamp
